I was working on third party pay role so if someone's planning to work on third party pay role I request not to join you won't get any benefit and you will always be criticize for being on third party

I LIKE Everything in lupin apart from resign person increment policy.

... sir, but some HOD never thinkhing abt his hard workers In other departments . Why company increase more salary of resign persons, whats abt loyalty of regular or honest employee.

Lupin is a good house in pharmaceutical sector, it is 4rth largest Indian company.

Salary structure is lupin is not good for old employees, becouse according to time old employees salary is not up to date

Work culture, training, Human Resource management , cultural events. Good career growth under skilled managers and seniors.

Dislikes

To stay back after 8 hours. Salary growth is poor. Less holidays which disturbs the work life balance.

Good work environment but no job security and work satisfaction

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
