Lupin is a good house in pharmaceutical sector, it is 4rth largest Indian company.

Salary structure is lupin is not good for old employees, becouse according to time old employees salary is not up to date

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are also good.

The management is not good, the salary is also below average we could not meet our expenses as of now. Too much politics. Company always think about cost cutting in every aspect. Our personal life is also ruined. I am leaving the organisation.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. From past 2& 3 year management's recruit outsider instead of internal promotion that's why several employees of Lupin quit the company

Its an excellent experience working at Lupin. Provides good culture to develop skills. Joined as Medical representative and got time to time promotion as a result to day working as Sales manager North.

Compensation is decent, but work pressure is very high. Sometime undeserved people get elevated which is a pain.
