No standard pay scale as per position, should make a minimum as well as maximum benchmark salary for each level. Too delay in promotion, specially at from sr. Executive position. They can create a mir positions between sr.executive and Manager grade. Too many meetings. Workload is high. No manpower as per requirement, still causal too is not enough.

Lupin Ltd Biotechnology division There is plethora of opportunities. No one will stop you to learn new things. Opportunity to take new role as per your interest. Very open culture. No politics and biasness or discrimination based on gender, region, religion, age etc. Focussed on Quality. Good food.

Dislikes

When you work more, you will more and lots more to work. Salary hike is less with compare to other biotech companies. High attrition at all the levels

Company is very good no doubt HR policy are good Company giving salary at right time

Company is very good no doubt but company built with people culture not good, there are 2 type people one are working and 2nd type taking credit. Bias environment by manager and team. Promotion and incriment not in rational way Some people not doing work taking single data review whole day still they are promoted and appreciate so manager look this type of condition

1.Initial not provided full fill facilities but after some time they provided facilities. 2.company doctor and EHS manager worked very good and supporting. 3.temreture recoding and it's monitoring done by security it's very good. 4.need to improve canteen facilities like hotwater, fresh spoon,plate,glass(they are re- use spoon within minutes/ hours).

...er level as sr.executive to M1,M2 because this incentives depending upon basics.but operator, supervisor, executive basic salary is very less,they are actually hardworker but incentives getting 400-800 hundred only?and executive 2000-3000 per month only. Because they was worked 12 Hours as alternative. 3.overtime facilities not available, it's required for now day's as compared other companies. 4.need to analyse our existing staff salaries and experience as compared other highering people for same.
