Company is very good no doubt HR policy are good Company giving salary at right time

Company is very good no doubt but company built with people culture not good, there are 2 type people one are working and 2nd type taking credit. Bias environment by manager and team. Promotion and incriment not in rational way Some people not doing work taking single data review whole day still they are promoted and appreciate so manager look this type of condition

...orking place and also collogue and senior is very helpful. Leave policy is good. Salary is on time. open to accept new things.

Sometime favoritism is there and cast system some peoples noted you and analysis on their religion basis.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisal are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

The policies are not good like hike in transportation and food fare. Even they don't have mobile keeping so we have to keep mobile in our vehicle.

The best part of the Lupin is seniors. They always help you no matter what. They help you to grow and understand everything.

There is a lot of politics and i am one of the victim of that. Salary is not according to your education or position its always same be it B Sc. or M Pharm they treat everyone same And if u dont have in written document then you can not clain about anything if somebody had promissed you.

Company is very good but old managers not good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Manager very rudely with officers . And he support only their close and own person. And he told i admin and i hr . Only things happen what i want.
