I most like the working culture of the company everyone is full motivated always and ready to help each others, the job security is amezing here, Lupin is Employee Friendly Company where employee never want to change or leave the company...

The salay package is slightly less as compared to the industry or as compared to the same segment leading company

Company policies are Good, No salary Deduction. Now also declared Advance Bonus in August month instead of October.

No Appraisal. Adding Digital-Technology on Marketing is worst. Customer are unhappy with Tele-Calling Harrasement.

If you are a performer Lupin is the place to be. Work culture is on the better side. Company as a whole is in great demand at the customer end. Job Security is probably the best.

...dder of promotions fast Lupin will probably promote any other employee than you. Salary and benefits are good but there are other companies that does better.
