The management is not good, the salary is also below average we could not meet our expenses as of now. Too much politics. Company always think about cost cutting in every aspect. Our personal life is also ruined. I am leaving the organisation.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. From past 2& 3 year management's recruit outsider instead of internal promotion that's why several employees of Lupin quit the company

Lupin limited have some delay in settlement of marketing claims issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
