Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There was a lot of politics for not handing us desired quantity of medicine samples for the doctors. This was the parameter that was being noted many times to the seniors. The new joinees weren't being given on the job training which must be fulfilled.

Supporting is Good from H O.ln India South zone ZSM(zonal sales manager) his name is Krishna Prasad he is harassing the works nothing like anything and directly asking for the resignation only in video calls not officially really I am proud to work in this company but only in this management I feed up. If in future if I decide to comment suicide for that major responsible is only of this ZSM and ASM they are daily planning how best to harass the works not to best working atmosphere. So please if anyone from south zone trying for job plz wait up to this management change

Company is one of the best company in pharma industry but only because of management we are like this. As you all know about the current situation in India but in this situation he (ZSM) is trying to take out job from us really pathetic situation we all facing entire south zone is in dangerous situation only because of him 😡😡😡
