.... Company policies are more favourable to the production worker than it's staff. On the other side salary increament & other facilities like bonus & leave etc. are very frequently.

Dislikes

Company breaks many time by its owner & become weak. Moreover Productions & Man management are very poor. So for that I recognise, it is a less progressive company

...role before increment time. Pressure only unused work. Environment is very Baad. Employee got 1st month salary in 1week of 3rd month or last week of 2month. PF not submitted at a time, no bonus.. no respect for hardwork employees. Sorry but it's true. I can't blame company. I said for the management and senior. Those who think, they manage the company.

...ery bad for purchase department. If you select for merchandise or account is ok. But salary not good. Not value for vervel communication for senior and management. Because they have not accept for that. Only writing.
