Work culture is very good. It gives an atmosphere of a family. Learning is good for young engineers as you get to work on multiple things..On-site experience of plant check-out, start-up, column inspection apart from engineering, helps in grooming engineers.

Payscale is low and opportunities to grow in lateral verticals such as BD, project management are very less.
