... different hierarchy, to the manager, delivery partner and then to the CEO also. Payment of Salary has been delayed for 1.5 months of time since NOV 2024. The variable pay has not been paid since last two quarters. Life has been squeezed from Work life balance.

... We don't' have strict clock in times, although arrival and departure are noted. There's is no pay cut or leave deduction for being late or work remotely. Salaries got delayed last month, but the CEO team were transparent about it. Everyone is very tech-savvy. I'm expected to handle both business analysis and data-related tasks. Plus the office has a cool setup with pool and table tennis.

Dislikes

Working on diverse project is great, but the clash between customer and lumiq's culture can be confusing. I'm not fond of working from customer sites when required, because some are quite old school and even lack decent network.

...8th Jan they said 15th and till date few ppl have not received their salary. 2). Variable pay is not been given since last 2 quarters. 3). Travle/Food reiumbursements are delayed u need to do a lot of follow ups. 4). There is no flexibility, no WFH on top of it if you come 1 min late after 10.30 am a mail is triggred to ur manager and HR stating unaccounted. 5). Absolutely no process is followed ..all projects are in bad shape. 6).Founders only favour the people who are working with them since beginning, no rules apply for them. 7) PPl who are woking since beginning are rude to other they think they can do whatever they want with noone to question. Caution-: Please don't go by the 4 or 5 Star ratins as they are either given by thier favourite ppl or any of the new ppl.For example which employee will rate a company on a saturday 18th Jan 2025 ,only one who likes to stare at thier bosses instead of his wife.

...ut either with a complete mental torture and mental health damage or much worse. Over the top, they are not even giving salary on time and then force employees to put 5 star rating on company online platform. The POSH policies, Mental health wellness are just things for the poster and paper because they never act on it. It’s better to do a half pay job elsewhere than work at this company. Only toxic people can stay and sustain here themselves.

Your work life balance will depend on the manager and there only few good managers, others are very toxic and like to highly micromanage people.Changing projects is a great challenge and u can be stuck on the same projects for years. Sometimes salary can be late upto 15 days without any proper reason.
