There is a lot of workers and management doesn't address any issues. Salary is better but carrier growth is slow. There is no bond, if you work hard then you grow. But some body have demoralise the junior..

There is a strong bonding in the team and I feel that I have great opportunities to grow along with the organization. The policies are best in class and I can give feedback for improvement.
