Work culture is realy good, benifit and salary are average. Provide many useful tranning for self development. Take manny CSR project.

...ement visit transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Company's environment is very good .I have no problem with company during lockdown and no salary issue. Company provides us innovative activities and also i am enjoying these activities. Our management is also very good. According to me salary is not good compare than other brands but insentive policy is good so all over I am satisfied with Luminous. I am happy to be a part of Luminous Power Technologies.
