Can’t recall any. Policies were good but due to cost cutting, it’s weakening.

Politics, bad managers, no work life balance and no professional growth based on your good work but you will have to be a favourite of your seniors, atleast that was what happening in my dept.

Focus on sustainability, innovation and learning. It's an empowering and inclusive culture where I feel safe to be myself and voice my opinions. There is a strong bonding in the team and I feel that I have great opportunities to grow along with the organization. The policies are best in class and I can give feedback for improvement.

We could do better on compensation.

Work culture is realy good, benifit and salary are average. Provide many useful tranning for self development. Take manny CSR project.

Nothing special to dislike but management include variable pay with apprisal .

As far as Employees well being - I would rate 5* , Policy introduced for employees during Pandemic is awesome, No doubt at all - Luminous do take care of their employees fabulously..

No clear Goal Sheet & carrier progression. Appraisal is depending upon your peer salary not depending upon your performance & experience.

Super working enviourment and leader & most valued brand of industry. Good product quality and innovative organisation. Transparent system for evavulation.

Dislikes

Compensation and perx is not up to mark. People working here from decade so growth for new comer is very slow.
