This all depends upon different site management. You can learn all the things you need in this line but leave is not given and have to take as per management. Growth is not as good as expected.

Every employee should have good manners, specially top management. Employee output should be verified step by step not only on top boss. Safety management should be stronger specially for site execution. Inactive, black mailers, inefficient employee first indentify then throw from the company.

Dislikes

Boss oiling more than responsibility, very poor in safety. Salary and job not satisfactory i.r.o designation, no employee salary scale. Staff should forget his family if he joined in lumino company specially at site.

HR policies are worst, no one cares about employee's problems , worst leave policy and management is closed group of same community makes you feel you are outsider. No week off , work even on sundays.
