HR policies are worst, no one cares about employee's problems , worst leave policy and management is closed group of same community makes you feel you are outsider. No week off , work even on sundays.

Every employee should have good manners, specially top management. Employee output should be verified step by step not only on top boss. Safety management should be stronger specially for site execution. Inactive, black mailers, inefficient employee first indentify then throw from the company.

Dislikes

Boss oiling more than responsibility, very poor in safety. Salary and job not satisfactory i.r.o designation, no employee salary scale. Staff should forget his family if he joined in lumino company specially at site.

Bachelor accommodation provided by company is good. Salary within 7th of every month.

Bad culture, Not maintaining quality in work. Upper level managemet not cooperative. Appraisal sytem is not good. Bad politics. Overall worst-ever experience.

.... No friendly atmosphere. Complaining to management about small/petty issues. Cheap negotiations in 10k-15k salary, when the company as net worth of above 1000 cr. Management has nothing to do with employee well-being clear in 14 leaves per year only, no pay for extra hours or days of work, not even biscuits for tea. Management believes in extreme and cheap cost-cutting measures. Management can threaten with LEGAL ACTION to make you do whatever THEY WANT YOU TO DO. If you do not listen to the management, it will HOLD your SALARY, legitimate appointment letters, release letters, etc that you deserve.
