...n you ask for a leave, they will ask to either compensate or shorten your leave. They pay you retention bonus every month in salary and if you chose to leave before the contract you have to pay that back to them as equal to the months you served. So if you have one year contract but you leave in 10th month, you have to pay back for those. I only chose to stay because of undeniable personal issue and WFH mode

Let me tell you first thing. First they will hire saying something different and will give job different.if you hiring an engineer for Technology then they will give you to do copy paste job.. biggest liarer company in the world..
