Good working environment and culture. Teammates supportive and management is transparent, Company policy are good, they are give good salary to employees.

On role employees not good Behaviour with third party employees, IT team not supportive except 1 or 2 people .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Late hour working. Old people do polytics Over work load so dont take leave. Don't leave office on time. Local transporter not work properly. Vehicle not arrange time. If you demand or take action against him. They give threat and attack on employees out side of company. Senior management not support . Labour union in company so also labour person do polytics.

Company was good, i got so many training like TPM, ISO TS, ESD, MSA,SAP etc, and i like to work with my team members all are suoported to me.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Salary satisfaction is not there.

... a helper in Electrical department.12hr work No holiday .even Sunday also work .if you take a leave your salary will deduct .after 1yr work your salary hike only 5-7% only .when I am join my salary is only 6000/-rs per month.

...re as compared to mental work.no work life balance because no holiday available. If you take a leave your salary will deduct.in whole year only 2day holiday available there is Biswakarma Puja & Dilwali.remain 363 day working. no facility available like no food,no Travel allowance,No PF ,No Health insurance
