Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Freedom to learn anything related to machinery and other areas which is generally restricted by other companies for the freshers, but Lumax was an exception.

...or girls are such a grt.!! Bt the culture of Lumax ...from my side I's ok ok....company policies are good, appraisals are fair and ther give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bind of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

A lot of partial in all services in the company between staff and workers . There is no respect for a staff person at any post . There is also a problem of salary and increments . This things not stable .
