...yees family health safety. Lumax is totally systematic and neat & clean company. Salary timing is best in Lumax company, Lumax salary paid his employees in 1st day of every month.

The work pressure is low as compare to other company. The management is quite ok. Work place is clean & hygiene.

The company is open to innovative and readily adopted latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that production reliable, high quality products and has a global product and has a global client base. Another plus point is that is my colleagues come from various cultural background. And we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-17 hours straight in a day. There is no on job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step , which is a pain sometimes
