Not better to make future in this company its good only for cost cutting. Safety shoes not provided to any manpower. They take hardworking without any facilities. I think this company known by its ancestors only. I request you to not join this company Thank you

...yees family health safety. Lumax is totally systematic and neat & clean company. Salary timing is best in Lumax company, Lumax salary paid his employees in 1st day of every month.

Lumax salary grown is very slowly for new joining like GET & DET Employees.

The work pressure is low as compare to other company. The management is quite ok. Work place is clean & hygiene.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I do best work in team leader,engineer and also sift engineer.

Salary is average but career growth is slow. More pressure on our job.

Teammates are supportive and management is worst, company not helped lockdown time, salary little bit good

Dislikes

Management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is less And career growth 99% not possible. Canteen food is not good

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
