There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bound of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Salary on time and they are given chance to go out side India . But company culture very poor they prefer first South Indian staff

Politics and over pressure of sale floor manager using bad word , abuse for sale and mentally harassed . Any time they can extend your duty hr 11-12 hr duty . If you go to HR for the same then manager will say how can you go to HR

No one will boss you around. No work pressure. If you hard work or lazy, no one is bothered.

...you are above 45 and looking for a stable and peaceful job you can opt for Lulu. Please don't think salary revision will be there after a year. No proper SOP for salary revision. If you have any connection with management then you are okay. You don't need any skill to get promotions.

I didn't like the appraisal part and they don't pay for relocation to employees and employees satisfaction is not good due to unsatisfied culture in terms of salary and benefits to the employees.
