The rules change according to the head decisions, and the rules apply only for junior staff. Om sir, who is the head of accounts, tries to become the head of all the departments; instead of paying attention to accounts, he pays more attention to torturing the staff. If you try to complain of any head to another head's, then all the heads together will prove you guilty. The working system of a vegetable and grocery shop is very better than the working system of Luk. If there is any problem in any work, then these people put all the blame on the junior staff, and if you try to explain, then these people say you are arguing. No matter how much good work you do, these people will demotivate you instead of appreciating you. By joining here, you will only get stress.

I left Luk plastcon in August 2020, company won't support in any situation , and they don't consider employee condition .Worst experience of my life.

It's not a good company if you want to waste your time and carrier then you can join. Work life and management is worst.

Such an terrible company work culture I was posted in daman such a headache . Each an every thing i have to manage even not giving sunday leave on an excuse of material unloading wich was transported from buttibori . Why they sending on sunday only ??? Not other days . NEVER SEEN SUCH 🤮
