It's ridiculous , having no job security they can fire uh anytime , there is nothing called job security without any notice . This is not a employee's oriented company .

No job security will be 1st , 2nd no other facilities like cab and all , they will not understand your problem n mediamcal issues

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
