Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

They first gave me job and said me fancy words that we are developing to compote Oyo but no action was taken for that and salary they pay very less and they say this is highest in town.

Dislikes

This is not a place to start your career they recruit for a role but they give you another a lot of 4 to 6 members work and pay you less. Mainly no work life balance and no leave option available.
