Overall company growth is good and job security is not bad and learning more. But salary/ appraisal is not good growth. And work life balance also ok.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that iam part off team, high quality products ,no travelnot available, and work happily in collaboration. So very good

...Sometimes, I have work 16-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend shifts. Many time iam coming in night shifts ,travel vehicle not arrange then full problem, salary is very low level, no on job training only work. Which is pain somtimes.

Hello, In my experience, Lucas TVS is been a wonderful platform for beginners to learn more Skill & knowledge. Reasonable renumerance & benefits. I don't recommend beginners to not to stick around for more than 3 years.

...ull on politics, politics everywhere keep that in mind. Not much in low level. Salary & grade revision is an absolute non-sense. Its all about your learning rather than depending on others. No OT or allowances
