It's not a permanent role , It valid only one year
They just need fresher who work for low salary , without asking any questions about promotion
No salary growth, no promotions for straight 5 to 6 years to maximum enployees. For each designation there, 2 to 3 grades..and each grade changes in 3 to 4 years. Means designation will change in 5 to 6 years. One should join here , learn and quit in one year.
