there is absolutely no job security in this organization. the MD Sandeep sakseria, exhibit highly erratic behavior, frequently seeking feedback for employees but blindly trusting fake reviews provided by others, often given out of fear to protect their own job, despite having 12 years of experience with reputed companies, i was abruptly terminated without any explanations, being told not to return the next day. he has a pattern of hiring employees at higher salaries only to fire them within 4-6 months once their core tasks are completed, the work environment is toxic, with employees to work form 9 to 10pm simply to satisfy his whims, you cant leave office until he says and you have to ask everyday before leaving. he imposes unreasonable demands, such as requiring everyone to stand when he enters, and those who don't comply risk being fired. if you value your career and professional growth, avoid joining this company at all cost or be prepared to experience the worst nightmare of your life

The co. has very poor work culture, co. is run only the unsound mind of MD, There some employee think the MD is a father of them and always try to impress him. there is no job security even he can fires you in one day because there is also not suitable work. MD has unstable mindset , he can hire you in a minutes and also fires you in one day two day or a month. its very worst company, so my advice is please dont join this company.

Nothing is good in this company. Staffs are thinking it is his father's company. The behaviour also very bad. HR is trying to threat all time. In this company GENIUS CONSULTANCY is hiring the candidates. After joining the job the consultancy is not responding the calls.
