Work life balance is good. Senior people are always approachable. They take care of employee's personal issues too. Hybrid modal. Work from home option during medical emergencies/family emergencies.

Doesn't care much about the compensation revision for existing employees.

... are asked for 5 days work from office, the LTI is still working on Hybrid mode. Salary and benefits are good. Employees are given opportunity to upgrade themselves

Appraisals and Job Security. The Higher manager does tries best for allocate the Projects but sometimes it's not in their hand also if there are no projects. The employee is given 60 days Bench time to find the projects post that if the project is not allocated the employee is asked to resign.

HR don't respond once we r into the organisation Salary and benefits too bad Hikes around 5% very negligible and that too we receive every September. Abroad like canada opportunity only applies after 2 year completion which is too delayed Abroad opportunity only discussed to shut your mouth n get retained during leaving organisation

Good Projects, Some Latest Technologies, WLB depends on manager.

Appraisal is poor, no idea when appraised Salary will credit, life is hectic while release, client was cluless some times as same functionalities gets updated.

Nice chairs, nice building, big brandname, nice doormat.

Dislikes

... even if you know there are vacancies. proper channel is not available for this. They will recruit from outside even if you are more skilled and ready to work over there even in same salary. If you worked in 1 profile you will not be able to see and apply in vacancies in other profile. Laptop is very old and extremely slow.
