Work life balance is good. Can have WFH for 3 days a week. Lot of Learning opportunities.

Dislikes

As the industry norm, the salary disparity prevails between a long-term employee and lateral joiner. Not very confident or lack of clarity about the number of clients/projects.

Likes

Company has lot of projects in diverse technologies, hence there is always opportunities and can be easily switched between projects. Lot has been Spend in learning and upskilling in AI and cloud skills favoring the growth of the employees career. As you may get to know, Job Security and Work Like Balance is a true factor.

Dislikes

People who are working long time, their salary has not gone up compare to newly onboarding resources.

...5% hike for consecutive o/s performance. People who dont work keep sitting idle. If you spend first 4years u can be resting for rest of years n ull get ur salary, ull get a promotion for every 3 yrs.No recognition for good work. Forget about promotion in less than 3 yrs how hard u try if you are not a vegetarian. So i would suggest nof to work if you see u are not getting anything. Veggies get every alternative year..worst indian mnc I have worked.

6hrs a day is big challenge Salary structure are very rigid Now a days job security is big concern here as lots of project are very short-term around 6 months No work satisfaction Company rules and regulations are very against employees Companies liability people who makes rules are more than asset people who actually making money People like HR, Payroll are unknown to the world and very hard to chase Bench strength is growing and employees struggle to find new secured project
