Company is very unprofessional & very unhealthy work culture in it.

...eadership culture. company management doing inhuman behavior with the employees. In past company stop and deduct amount in salary and incentive in salary and F&F amount of their previous employees. They have not threat of government and laws on their statement.

If you are thinking about join as admin please don't join they are treated admin as housekeeping staff. And environment is very much bad...they will send you to get tea from shop and they will send you to beauty shops and they will give pressure to bring students ( like sales) thing.
