I am working as a system administrator. With low salary. There are salary issues. Let coming. And some issues of services. Like insurance not provided. You don't join here for a lifetime.

Not good for work environment. company not support employe. there are hire and fire policy. no job security.

Management is too poor, Their behavior is not good, They did not provide good salaries and hike.., They did not provide good resource to client site.

The LRS company is completely depends on the politics.. If you are a fresher so please don't join the company for any technical designation. I have worked arround 8 mount in LRS and in between 8 months I faced a lots of issues with this company... One of the most important thing is about LRS is thir HR policy.. I have a lot of negative words about LRS but didn't want to say anything.. Very Important thing is...There is No Job security.. the LRS company can fire you any moment.. Soo guys please Don't goo with LRS please it is a humble request to everyone
