I am working as a system administrator. With low salary. There are salary issues. Let coming. And some issues of services. Like insurance not provided. You don't join here for a lifetime.

Not good for work environment. company not support employe. there are hire and fire policy. no job security.

1. salary issue 2.Management policy is very bad. 3.there are lot of politics. 4. no work deside for employee. 5.no career growth.

Working at LRS services gives me immense satisfaction and work life balance. Their pay grades are awesome and salary days are always fixed. They provide ample space for personal as well as professional development.

Dislikes

The point to dislike there is that the entire organization feels like a big family where as most of the employees have better interpersonal relations that sometimes get you uninvited visitors at home. Btw thats the only thing I dislike there.
