Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Honestly i didn't like anything on this Company bt some of my colleagues are very good so i only like my colleagues....

Skill development - Good

The Company doesn't give u any security nd commitment.... e office colleagues did so much strategies and plottings....the work pressure is very high, there is training process for the freshers candidates... and i have to mention one otherwise my review will be incomplete, the "manager" he is so disrespectful towards the stuff, he didn't value his stuffs....
