No work life balance. On leave without pay they deduct double salary of the time period you were absent, if you are on leave for 5 days LWOP then they will deduct salary of 10 days. Leaves annually is just 16 days. Pathetic work culture.

There is only one things i liked since 2 years. They are calm and know how to speak to an employee.

Dislikes

1. They do heavy salary deductions nd won't give a valid reason 2. Useless target are provided which disturb parents and students. 3. They provide links to like share and commemt or follow on daily basis to increase view which is gross according to me. Student who have given negative views or comments are downvoted by atlst 700 people. 4. They dominate in way uh can't even complain about. At tym of joining they will keep your documents as security or ur 2 months salary. Uh can't expect ur docs back until uh serve ur last months. 5. They never do what they promise. And at top of that with so many people uh can just complain around without getting any solution. 6. HR department is rude in a polite way. There are many more things but its enough

...work place not clean always dust n dust. And noice too MUCH and disturbing also. Salary also small. Company policies, management ok.

Last months I did work 16 days. But they not give 16 days salary. ,😢. Helth insurance also they not give me. Even I do work in last month. I foll down from 2 meter. My right leg bone fracture. But my sir help me for medical and for money. Not lpu university help me.

...lent. As for carrer in teaching is good but other than that its totally average. There is no appraisal or salary satisfaction working in other department other than teaching.

Working culture is not good, there is no appreciation for the work you do. The work you are doing and with that the salary satisfaction is poor.

LPU is not a good place for working. They are looking for employee who can work at a lesser salary. No job security. No career growth
