Nothing to like for employees except job stability as attrition is very high so, less employee join. The university philosophy is that employee are helpless and their is availability for them.

1. During Covid -19 , the unauthorized and unintimated salary deductions 2. Excessive workload, 3. No transparency in workload, 4. classes has to take multiple blocks and 5. to much unnecessary work

No work life balance. On leave without pay they deduct double salary of the time period you were absent, if you are on leave for 5 days LWOP then they will deduct salary of 10 days. Leaves annually is just 16 days. Pathetic work culture.

...eaching is secondary and clerical chores are primary roles for faculties, toxic work culture, no work-life balance, salary deductions, meager leaves

Salary deduction, Unrealistic expectations from employee, no work life balance. Stressful environment.

a lot of time passing during office hours can be done if you are a local. Maintain good friendships with management and you get no job except co-ordinatorship and enjoy your life till retirement.

...o job security if you are looking for growth. you get terminated within an hour. No salary during covid situation for 2 years.
