Very professional and excellent services provided by the staff to gain customer heart, fastest growing platform for all, good training facilities, team mate are also very much supportive with all. Appraisal are not up to the satisfaction for staff.

Salary and appraisal are very bad for the staff if he is doing best in sales also.maximum I used to do straight shift 10 to 12 hours for the store sale but no value. I feel like partiality among the staff. Rest of all are good.

...nd trackers are the goals of upper level management and they are happy to do it. In short - Even if you get a salary hike do not , I repeat do not join this company particularly in sales or Training roles.

...ff and using if you want stay in store stay are else get out from the store. Now i has leaved the company and another 4 employees are ready to leave the company they are waiting for salary’s once salary credits they will leave the company without any intimation. If listening my words please short out this problem from the store are else no one work over their . Literally i has cried when I was given my resignation.

See when i joined with this brand as Fashion Consultant and served almost four years there is no chances to growth and salary but if are tatta then will get promotion and salary or appraisals also one more thing one hour extra shift on regular shift and 90% will have to straight shift on Saturday and Sunday..

If you have reference you will get good salary and good posting there is nothing required any experience because they will hire only reference person and keeping promotion also like that simply there using Pragati but they will give only promotion to reference
