As in RPA team, nothing as its worse than any company I have ever worked in my career

...re of anything. HR department is cheapest in the market. No income tax benefits. Payment is much less than CTC due to lots of deduction and no components in salary. Just Basic and HRA. IF YOU ARE GOING FOR RPA TEAM, THEN PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. YOUR LIFE WILL BE MORE THAN A HELL.

The support from the senior team on continuous improvement. Safety Health and environment culture is awesome. The senior management is very supportive.

Dislikes

The local manager in Koppa had less knowledge on the modern tools and management system. The way the local manager treats his team is very bad. A better leader is required locally. This is a major drawback with poor work life balance. Other than this. Company is a great place to work.

In most cases, you would have to independently drive initiatives. Unless and until you do some hue & cry, there's no one going to drive the initiatives for you.
