I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Apart from CEO's advise and his teachings I can not recall any

Dislikes

Horrible teammates, No trainings to upgrade skills, job security is still okay, do not think about career growth here, appraisal is moderate, travel is what company hates most do not ask for leaves, politics at it's high though employees are very less, do not even imagine about learning, filthy working environment, innovation everyone loves but no one is ready to take a step anyhow if you do innovate something others will try to take credit, work life balance at it's worst. time counts here min 9 hours max it's up to you but you can not go less than 9.
