Management is good but our senior peoples are waste fellows every time showing politics. I worked 18 Months in this 18 months i learned to blame each other no subject knowledge. Please dnt join if u will join ur career will happens KGF 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10..............1000.

...ecommend to join vizag office as management treat you like school going student. Sharp 9 am login or half day salary cut. 9am yo 7pm working. No job security any day they will throw you out.

Nothing politics between office premises, there is a bond of 2 years and notice period of 3months

Professional management, salary on time. Zero tolerance on misbehaving with women. Strong work ethics.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent with fast growth. Professionalism at its best. Work pressure is high sometimes but manageable. On the job training, managers give value to individual strength and knowledge. Slow in yearly appraisal but once it happens, happens unexpectedly.

Work team is so good, & their work performance is best , customer support with in 30 minutes taking action to solve problems related issues ( only down team) & Good bonding & understanding between down team & team leader. And I'm proud that Im one of them of my team.

1.) Management is to poor 2.) Huge rule for employees, 3.) 8-9 hour officially duty time but actually works on site cum office 12-14 house in a single day without O.T. 4.) Company not thinking about worker/Engineer thay always treat a labour. 5.) Billing prosses is bad & taking more time to clear bill.
