Great to work for LOTUS SURGICALS Especially for company Managing director MR.Rajiv Kohli sir and my immediate boss Sr.RSM Mr.NAGARAJ S BHANDARI sir.

gain knowledge on basic supply chain functions but company culture is terrible.its a family business. i personally don't like that bcoz force fully we need to work even its a official bank holiday also very bad in package

culture is vary bad, none of the employee come on time, u have to work more than 9 hrs, i personally work around 11.30 hrs including public holidays

Still need some corporate culture and Employee Satisfaction throughout the Channel from Top Level to Lower Level , especially HR Side..

No Communication establishment from HO to Field Staff, Some parameters or information not passing to foueld force

Nyc team mates,provide me training when i was fresher,overall nyc company with balance staff and also with very good HR policies,the whole environment was like a joint family...best experience ever...

Medical device company so many of them not preferred due its limitations but, talented persons have no limitations.

The autonomy you get in the style of planning and working of day-to-day activities is excellent. If you are a self-driven objective-oriented person it is really a good organization to work but if you are not self driven I do not suggest this company. Though the remuneration is not on par with the equals, there is better job security in this organization. The products they deal are world standard high quality. It is up to you how you develop and attract the market. But if you laze out because your boss does not bother you on day-to-day basis then you should be ready for surprises. The most important thing in this organization is up-to-date communication. This organization works only on prompt communication and proper report maintenance. Work environment is really good.Work-life balance is excellent. You should be more adept at gaining trust of people as the main job lies in gaining trust of the associates you work with like Distributors, C&F, Managers. If you are unable to gain their trust then your survival is difficult.

Dislikes

Teammates are excellent with few exceptions. Person with positive attitude and able to mind his own business and maintaining things asked for by the organization can really revel in this organization.
