They have a lot of design database. they manufacture all types of Electrical Panel. 2nd plant in Harohalli is very big. owners invested a lot in the company. Design Team managers are very good and supportive.one of them Mr.Shivamurthy is a god in control panel wiring design. they support freshers very much. Very much to learn.

Dislikes

there is a lot of work pressure. Its good for freshers, work for 2-3 years and leave. they wont give any increment. They always hire freshers. If you have any work problem you need to ask managers only, all your colleague are freshers like you. Owners scold employee for simple mistake. Lot of policies. they are strict about timing, if you came late even for 1min, they cut 100Rs/day. but expect to work until 7.30pm. No OT for staff. They give big project for freshers, and expect to work like a pro. Join only if you are freshers and work for only 2 yrs.
