The work environment is good, Employees nd boss are good and kind. You will get to learn new thing if you are fresher.

Dislikes

Works get boring. Some time project also get boring. No salary day is fixed. 1-2 month delay in salary.

If there was a worst place to work on this earth, Lotus environments would be that place. If u want to work for free and get insulted everyday u can join because u will never get your salary on time and even after 15th of the next month, u will have to beg for it.

Dislikes

It's a fraud company and I would request architect community never to work here as I have been through it and wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

There is no work...if ur a lazy person who wants to play games on phone but have a fat skin to tolerate the yelling of the CEO..this is the right place for you.

Company deducts 10% of gross salary first 6 months as retention money and promises in writing that the retention money will be given back after employees complete 6 months..that money is never given... Employees are treated like servant.if someone is on sick leave another employee is sent to the employees house to check if its true. Horrible work culture and terrible experience. Mr Ravishankar CEO of the company is the most misbehaved person i have ever seen in my entire career.He does not respect any employee.no one serves notice period.I was in HR and admin and i never issued a single experience letter in 1 yr. Big no no for people who are ambitious and want to grow in life.
