I don't like there's policy wich is change in every 2-3 months and about thare salary deduction

There is a lot of polices and the managment dosent address our issues .salary is also not good ...and career growth is very slow and worst polocies to resign lotus ...worst polices for incentive also

Company policies can be modified if employee get benifit.....they never release your salary if u leave the job even you have served your notice period. No time limit for your work minimum work hour is 12 hour and no overtime compensation....

Lotus electronics supermarket is really innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love yhe fact that i am a part of team that market reliable high quality products showroom. At last i learnt so many things through the lotus..

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow in my organisation..

One of the most best experience in this job my store manager very very helpful , my Department manager and my Colleague best Behavior sweetest person I enjoyed my job a lot and I got to learn a lot. I hope that if I get a chance in the future, I would like to work in Lotus Electronic again. I liked this platform very much. Thanks Lotus Electronic for giving me this opportunity.
