Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

I am very satisfied to work with the company. This is the best platform to learn lots more regarding all the warehouse operations. Staffs are friendly and you can give your opinion with the higher level. Also they are providing ownership to do as per your choice which is required to show your abilities in others company. This is the different things why I loving this company than the others.

Not at all. If anything is needed to wrote here then I think company have need to thing on the promotion of employees otherwise nothing dislike of this company.

I would not recommend planning your 2 to 5 years at this company; it has been a total waste of time. Working here has caused me significant financial damage. I left the company at the end of January, and even now, I have not received my full and final settlement. This delay has severely impacted my financial condition. Joining this company was a mistake that I regret deeply.

The worst example of people being humiliated by their head in front of entire office and two of the people resigned in HR and left because of this and more is coming it seems. People left quietly as they donot want a negative review on their background checks. Perfect example of how a bad hiring at a senior/head position can toxicate the entire team and office environment.
