I worked as an assistant teacher at Loreto Convent Lucknow, and my salary was satisfactory. My mentor was very helpful. I learnt a lot from her. She helped me challenge myself, learn from my mistakes and grow. My seniors were patient with me, but not lenient. My ideas were always given a hearing, and if liked, appreciated. There were fun times too. I was very happy working here. It was my first job, and I loved working here.

Principal is horrible and her behavior is more horrible.She uses people and throws them.No job security.Any time they can throw any one.Employees r all good to work but management system is horrible.
