I can't say much about the work culture because I worked under a solo guide. So my interaction was limited. The best thing is Time adaptive. I can work according to my schedule, No hard and fast timings for work although it has deadlines.

Dislikes

I worked as a intern so I expected to learn before work but I found during my internship that I had not enhanced my skills as I was expecting. I worked on the same which I know previously. No special guide or team is there to solve my problems. At the same time I can ask my doubts only to head of organization.
