You only get to taste/eat over expensive stuff which is not sold after 3 days. Owner used to call her family members to avoid wastage rest was given to the employees.

... the interview I was supposed to get joining letter after 2 months of provision. But here is what owner used to spy on us didn’t gave salary on time gave half salary. It was such a pain as it was my first job.

Good work environment. Teammates are very supportive but upper management not support during covid 19. There is no job security I lost my job during covid 19. They fired me without information.

There is no polices no sop. Management is not good. Career growth very slow . There is no job security

There standards and procedures are really very High. It is a big French brand with very Good brand value and just now rajnigandha invested a huge amount in Lopera. They have planing to expand outside Delhi.

Dislikes

They don't watch there some of the employees who work and those who don't work they are getting credit. Over here they are very low. Especially old staff was really good and now young staff taking a lot of Advantage .They are not trained. Not professional
