Its Very Terrible experience working with lootah group of companies.they dont pay time to time wage to workers and forced to do the work .in the HR dept corrupt people is working who only cut the workers salaries for company and personal benifits .

Politics is so high in this company they treat workers so badly.they treat workers like animals there is no humanity when you work with this company.only I like To learn oppurtunites when i got a chance for improve myself.if you are A good person you get very bad job experience and if you are a bad person who knows the politics than this company is for you.

They not give salary on time company not give easily sick leave,they deduct salary if leave is not approved,passport submitted in office.

We have Job security over here and our Chairman and Management staff are supporting us through this Covid-19 Pandemic time, Providing surgical mask , sanitizers and all other safety measures providing to us on timely basis. Thankfully I am glad that I am working for Lootah Group of Companies and thankful to our respected Chairman.

no career growth. very less salary appraisal once in 3-4 years, very less amount of salary increment, no accomodation for all employees. its good company only for joinary people.
