In spite of being it a News Media : - flexible working hours, WFH facility - helpful & understanding staff & seniors - Salary on time - Job security

Since its a News Media : - long working hours (specially when you are working from home) - Saturdays or even Sundays are working - you have to be alert every day, every hour about things happening around, you have to stretch - your working hours or you can't take leaves during such happenings - No much monitory growth - 3 months notice period even for the lowest designation

There is no personal life in Lokmat. There are no perks, no get-togethers, and worse their odd working hours, which leave no room for holidays or family time, plus health risks.

No politics and friendly and family environment. Every day is a learning. Employee around you help you in growing.

Dislikes

Couple of employees are rude and internship certificate aren't given on time....I received after 2-3 months.

The work culture is great, the payments are on time, there are various employee bonding initiatives done

Within the short span of time that I have worked there, I did not come across anything that I disliked

There is no working time limit. I dont get a single day off when I'm a intern. Because of this health had deteriorated. Dont want to say anything more. If you decide leave the job you're constantly taunted about your Parents and work by the senior.
