No. Too much work. Resident doctors are expected to work like crazy dogs, No sleep, constant abuse, forget food, no week end off. Everyday new stunts. Senior doctors keep minting money by outside private practice. They have minimal desire for teaching. Very negative work environment. Many doctors claim fake research. Hostel facilities are worst. Some senior doctors occupy rooms of residents doctors by threatening them. Hostel are very over crowded and filthy. Many junior doctors get depressed, and gets addicted to alcohol and smoking. For patients, there is lot of corruption- No digital payment, administration is very lax. Only well connected keep sucking resources. Really poor patients have to keep running for pillar to post. Avoid working or getting treated here. Drained out patients/ very poor patients come here.
